This workshop is co-designed and delivered by Sura Hart and Victoria Kindle Hodson, co-directors of The No-Fault Zone, and creators of The No-Fault Zone Game, and Pam Nichols, President and Founder of Arete International, Inc.

Sura Hart and Victoria Kindle Hodson have practiced and taught Nonviolent Communication since 1990, working closely with each other and with NVC founder Marshall Rosenberg and other trainers. They support the conditions for peace, internally, in interpersonal relationships and within organizations by offering trainings and consulting with individuals, groups, and schools. PAM NICHOLS is founder and President of Aretê International, Inc. She has 18 years in the field of building teams and leadership development. Pam is also a Hudson Institute Certified Coach specializing in Professional and Personal Performance and Transition. Her ability to assess the next level of development and connect the lessons of the experience with practical applications is a result of her technical acumen, compassion and clarity of purpose. For eight years she has been a practitioner of Nonviolent Communication in corporate training programs and is very excited about sharing The No Fault Zone Game as an incredibly unique tool for preventing, managing and resolving conflict.
